The Committee have agreed on the following guidelines for the forthcoming League Season and Cup Matches, these will be subject to regular review:

1. Matches should continue as planned until any host clubs close their courses. Please notify us if your course is closed.

2. Clubs are encouraged to recruit outside their normal squads to ensure fixtures are fulfilled if courses remain open.

3. It is the responsibility of each captain or nominated deputy to ensure that all players are fit and healthy to play.

The Committee will review this policy on a regular basis.
